The SANCTUARY:
Our retreat is held in a hidden gem of the island—nestled within the lush embrace of the rainforestin the sacred cradle of the Sierra de Luquillo. Here, the vibrant green of the canopy meets the infinite blue of the horizon. You will wake up to panoramic ocean views and the endemic songbirds of El Yunque, all while being only minutes away from the pristine, sun-soaked beaches of the coast. It is the perfect bridge between the grounding energy of the peaks of El Yunque and the clearing spirit of the Caribbean sea.
THE EXPERIENCE:
Our days are designed to flow between deep introspection and communal celebration, moving from the rainforest to the ocean.
Embodied Movement: Wake with the sun for Sunrise Yoga overlooking the Caribbean Sea, and find deep restoration through Yoga Nidra and guided Breathwork sessions under the open sky surrounded by the Sierra de Luquillo.
Earth Therapy: Connect with the island’s flora by crafting your own custom plant-infused body oils using plants with medicinal properties grown in local soil—a tangible piece of the island’s healing power to take home with you.
Ancestral Ceremony: Open your heart in a traditional Cacao Ceremony, honoring the spirit of the land and the wisdom of those who came before us.
Nature & Culture Immersion: Step off the mat and into the heartbeat of Puerto Rico. Our journey includes a dedicated Beach Trip, deep Nature Immersions, and a curated Cultural Experience to ground you in our local heritage.
